I overheard this one at The Nugget today while I had a beer before class.

Guy one: I don't see why you're so into having a girl friend. It's better just to fuck them.

Guy two: I dunno, I like having a girlfriend, it's an important accessory like my ipod and my ps3.

Guy one: I wish I had an ipod and a ps3

It has crossed my mind. I've been writing down these little gems when they happen.

I think most quality women would sense the sociopathy of people like these. Then again, you guys do have a knack for falling for scum while eschewing those of us with a modicum of a soul. Mind you such sentiments are not directed at you specifically so much as at the general female condition.

So as such I tend to be less inclined to become a web-activist on this issue. Why fight Starbucks when everyone's going to drink it no matter what. Likewhise, when y'all seek out the dregs of masculinity, regardeless of how many times you get burned, I find I have better things to do with my time than make warning websites. Masturbation comes to mind with video games coming in a close second. Now if one could combine those two...that would be a goal worthy of activism.

I dunno. It seemed like they were aware that what they were saying was socially unacceptable yet still sort of believed it. I think they were frat boys.
