Current weight- 116.6
Exercise goal- Go to the gym, either run or do eliptical for 45 minutes. Try to do an exercise tape. I ran 3.2 miles and then walked .8 miles
Points- 24 I ate over 24 points, and ate around 1500 calories, which I don't think is so bad.Remember- If hunger's not the problem, food's not the answer
