Wow, it's been six years to the day since I last visited this desolate place. I'm going through my old bookmarks, deleting broken links. I'm shocked that LiveJournal is still available!

Keep on rockin', LiveJournal! At this rate, the next time I'm scheduled to visit is in 2021!

Haha. This thing was awesome.

So now, I'm five years older than I was last time I posted. A lot has happened.

But, I'm not going to tell you about it.

I'm scared Live Journal will delete me for inactivity, and that's the only reason I'm posting. ;)

I've spent 4 days straight fixing my computer, which went POW in the middle of the night. Almost $500, 6 trips to the computer store, 5 viruses, and tons of frustration later, it's working again! The carpet in our apartment has gotten soaked THREE TIMES, we keep having to move the furniture. And they have this big old blower just constantly blowing on it to dry it, AGAIN. Man is it ever annoying. I think they finally fixed the leak this time though ( Read more... )

I filed my tax return online! I'm going to get money from the government! Of course, it is MY money, that could have been sitting in a bank gaining interest, so technically I LOST money. But I prefer to think of it as free money. Maybe I'll go gambling with it and get more free money! ...Maybe not.

We showed off the beta of our game a couple days ago. It went very well! We were the best group in our class of four teams. We have a small class. The other two game classes in our grade level have about 8 teams each. So we missed out on getting to see demos of a lot of great games in the other classes. April 1st! Today I played a trick on the players of my web game, Teragaia. My friend suggested it: Make it so when a player logs on, it appears as if I have destroyed his town! I bit into a fork, thus chipping my front tooth. It doesn't hurt, but the idea of it bothers me very much. I'd like to see a dentist about it soon.
