"at the end of the day..."

Or my least favourite, when the two are coupled together, usually just to buy the speaker some thinking time:

"The bottom line is, at the end of the day, blahblahblah"

Somehow, I don't think that would bother me.

I think part of the reason why the other two do bother me, is because it's usually in an office setting, and I just want people to cut the crap most of the time.
