i've had seven cigarettes, altogether, in the last 40-or-so hours. i'm so proud.
i'm a bit worried, though, about work. everybody seem to be smoking, there. i guess i'll just try to steer clear, and find an exceptionally boring place to smoke the few cigarettes i'll even bring there. that oughta do it.

yuck. i hate sickness.
especially when it makes me dizzy and confused and unable to form anything that resembles a correct and intelligent sentence. like now.
