When do you know it's just time to give up on a relationship?

Yesterday was the anniversary of me!  Yesterday I became a quarter of a century old.  Yesterday was my birthday.

Thanks to all that got in touch with me to wish me a happy birthday!  It was much appreciated.  Don't worry about it if you didn't, chances are you forgot and that's ok!  I'm generally really bad with birthdays too.

Sometimes I really think my soul is stuck in the past.  I think back on old memories, old people, places and things.  I wish I could go back in time.  I know I need to move forward, but sometimes my brain just doesn't want to let go.

So I'm on my way to work and I stop to get gas.  I get out of my car and this black dude standing next to his car shouting at me.  I just say "hi" and ignore the rest as I pump gas.  Not long after he pulls up next to me and says to me "excuse me miss, but a black girl's got nothing on that ass"
