The last two weeks have just zoomed by. After weeks of not feeling well I saw my primary care physician for an annual exam. He ordered a pelvic ultrasound on a Friday morning and by noon I was checked into the hospital. The ultrasound showed two large masses in my abdomen. I'm heading out for two days of fun with all the wonderful bikers in town. Lucius surprised me with tickets to the rally this year and yesterday he gave me a new helmet...one that I had been lusting after for the last two weeks. I love the ROT rally.

I was awoken at 4 AM yesterday by the howling of one of the cats. I tried to ignore it, but it continued so I finally got up to see what the fuss was all about. It was Pyewackett. Met John, Laura, Shane, Sonya and Lu at Trophy's after class. John took off for the benefit concert, Lu went to work, and the rest of us took off to Jovita's. Much good conversation and fun was had. Mel's brownies kicked ass. A little Jovita's drama in the air.

This week has just flown by. Work and school are keeping me busy and I'm enjoying both. I'm getting more involved in the 2-1-1 Web Enhancement project and my psych class and teacher are interesting. Tonight is a much needed girls night out...meeting first for cocktails and then heading to Casino for burgers.

Clyde Wayne Jester passed away at his home on Saturday, April 16th. He was born on July 5, 1938, in Archer County, Texas to his parents Cecil Clive Jester and Eva Dell (Jester) Muller. ...but it happened yesterday to a coworker. Cindy's Dad passed away at 6PM last night in San Antonio and Terry, her husband, passed away at 10PM. To lose one person is heart-wrenching. To lose two, your dad and your husband, on the same day would be more than most of us could take.
