TRUE FACT:  When you're technically support staff, the day doesn't feel complete unless something falls apart.

HOWEVER:  When you're working from home, these phone calls provide an excellent time to do a load of laundry, make some tea and move your dishes to the sink.

ALSO:  Then I fixed the problem.  Via the internet.  So everybody wins.

Logan International Airport is officially my favorite airport ever, because it has free wireless internet and my gate is delightfully uncrowded.   I also rather liked Boston.  The T reminds me of the metro, which should probably not be a good thing, but I haven't been in DC in a week, so I am pleasantly nostalgic ( Read more... )
