so yesterday, i woke up, ate, &
jumped on the trampoline, then
sarah, holly, and alex came to
kates house. after they arrived
i took a shower. in the middle of
my shower kate came in and told
me that sarah ripped a chunk out
of her leg. i JUMPED out of the
shower, THREW on a towel, and
RAN outside. i saw her cut, and

i guess  i'm more excited  for the holidays then i  was before.
i'm angry with myself for ignoring  that holidays were coming.
i feel like this had  potential to be  a good christmas, & since

i don't want the risks of exposure & intimacy i dont want anyone to expect anything of me, because if they do surely they'll be disappointed i have to remind myself to breathe, to walk. i have to look at myself constantly to keep checking that i'm still here. its like checking for a pulse..
