After being around for the planning of my sister's wedding, I wholeheartedly agree with #4. When you think about it, non-vegetarians can eat (and often enjoy) vegetarian food, while vegetarians cannot do the same.
At the last wedding I attended, everyone kept asking me what I was eating and thought it looked better than theirs. I had requested a vegetarian dinner, and at the rehearsal dinner, I got yummy pasta with mixed veggies, and at the reception, I got an eggplant and risotta puff. AWESOMENESS.

This is true, but have you ever noticed that people freak out at the idea of eating vegetarian? I have a suspicion that people don't truly realize their veggie/carb to meat ratios...
