I haven't been here in a while... I kinda miss doing my livejournal...

It's always so fun to post my feelings, so that I don't actually have to talk about them...

Anyone remember me?  I miss my livejournal.  How's it going guys?

1 - My friend is dying and that sucks.
2 - I"m a grumpy grumpy busy busy grumpy girl
3 - I get to pick the BFF up from the Airport... leaving work in 15... WOO
4 - my nieces are cute.
5 - I"m doing alright despite everything.

I might be a tad bit cynical.

Or maybe the main problem is... that I just don't really care about that many people.

I don't know.

Meh.

Doing better.

Just a lot of huge decisions.

Which, contrary to popular belief, I usually think to death.

WHy is work so BUSY?

Sometimes
I hate my life.
Most of the time actually.
Pretty much all the time.
I am going to go home
and sleep
and sleep
and sleep
And then I am going to wake up and smoke
and then go back to sleep.

So I got these wierd little muffinesque things from Trader Joes... and I'm going to figure out therecipe.  The main ingredient is wheat bran, and it's sweetened with fruit juice.  One tiny little90 calorie muffin packs 13 grams of fiber.

Nice.

I'll figure out the recipe...

I am still working out like a fiend.  I have to do something light tonight, and I"m not sure what it will be.  pretty sure I might just take a nice long walk, or something.  that would be nice.  I'm going to be running sprints tomorrow so I need to rest up a bit for it.
But yesterday I did 40 minutes of HIT cardio, and an hour and 15 of yoga, mostly ( Read more... )
