I'm going to be in Los Angeles for my 20th birthday.  How freakin' sweet is that?

The days of summer are dwindling down, I'll probably be working until the day or so.  I'm so glad school is coming so quickly.  Does anyone else feel like when a new season comes it brings a fresh start?  This year could be different.  Different roommates, different buildings, classes, friends etc.  Just different.  Things can change this time.  ( Read more... )

So Camp is going amazing!  I'm lucky to be a part of a stellar group of counselors.  My kids are good too, for the most part.  I'm in charge of the eight year olds, which seems to be the age where a) the attitude starts and b) they love you anyway, even if you are screaming your head off because they put wood chips in their little brothers ear.   ( Read more... )

Today was a bit frustrating.  Summer, so far has been frustrating.   I'm not the kind of person who likes to sit around for more than a day...and I feel like that's all I've been doing since I came home.  I miss my friends, I miss my boyfriend, I miss being able to go places and be outside my house.  Words cannot justify how sick I am of my house ( Read more... )
