It's been a while since I posted anything cause school has been all consuming and full of fail lately. Anyway took a break last night to cook some banana bread and figured I may as well try to make some pastry since I had prepared the butter for it weeks ago.
I was surprised how easy it was and how much it actually turned out like a puff pastry.

Sadness: The Olympics are Ending
Amazing last two weeks! I spent A LOT of time in front of the TV watching anything that was on. I also made plenty of journals about the events, but made them private cause it would be old news to anyone who kept up with the Olympics.
