Fried pecan pie is amazingly fabulous. So very very good. I am sold.

I think we have the nicest weather we could have hoped for here - 70 or so, not humid at all, sunny....

Seen all kinds of stuff I guess.

What does fried pecan pie look like? I'm having trouble visualizing. Does one just take a pie pan full of pie and stick it in a deep-fryer? (I'm guessing not.) Glad you got to eat something amazing. And 70 sounds nice, although at least it was up in the 50s here today.

they take a piece of pie, spray something on it, then put it on the grill for a few minutes. it is absurdly tasty. i have photos, they will appear later.

the wedding was *awesome*, right after they call in the bride and groom for the first dance, a brass band walked in. damn. so good.

also, alcohol!

so, time for sleeping.
