If you could get some really cool architectural shots, that would rock the boat. I'm looking for random shots of windows and cool doorways and the like.

Sweetie, I took a year-long photography class, and I was an aid for another photography class. What type stuff are you looking for?

I like things with texture and detail. My friend has this amazing upclose shot of a wrought iron fence and I want something along those lines.

did you ever see the wire trees that i make? i've gotten into a "making wire trees" kick again, so i've got those on the lines, and i would part with them for about thirty bucks a pop, and i can ship them if you want. i should have some pics tomorrow, if you're interested.

How big is a wire tree? I loved all of your wire handicrafts from back in the day. Can't wait to see the pics.

they're between a foot and a little less than two feet tall/wide, depending on how big i do them. that's up to you, because some people like the bigger or the smaller versions. i personally like the smaller ones, but they're all done in black, non-shiny wire. not exactly matte, but something like that. they can be simply decorative, or i can modify the ends of the branches to hold earrings, necklaces, etc. but yeah, i should have some hi-res pics to post tomorrow.

OMG, they sound like teh snot. Sign me up for one. Ooooh, can you make like a few little wire leaves on them? Is that even possible? I'd be more than willing to cover the cost for material and labor. :)

At least let me pay for the materials. I'd feel guilty otherwise.

i suppose. ill scan some of my better ones tonight. i have this really cool print that i took of that wall on nsu campus with the hexagon stones...i dont know if you remember it. and, if you wait til i gain access to a darkroom, i can make you a print of the plaque i found in natchitoches that says "in 1897 nothing happened here"

Oh holy god, I saw the pics you sent and they rock! The railroad tracks and the hexagonal wall are musts for my place. And I definitely want the plaque.
