Thanks for the indepth review. Man, I applaud you. That's some hard work. I always thought "oh I could just run away and get a job working the merch stand at Cirque" or something. Now, I realize, I think it'd be too physically demanding for me. I don't think I'd have the energy! Hehe. It sounds like fun, though. One of those jobs where, at the end of the day, you're exhausted, but it's a good kind of exhaustion that comes with the feeling of accomplishment. :)

Work is hard, whatever and wherever you work. But working with nice people who appreciate how hard you work makes the day better. And it's only when you start work that you realise what 'hard work' means. I've seen some real skivers in my time in various jobs. One woman would start at 9am, 5 minutes later she'd pop downstairs to make herself a cuppa and return 20 minutes later with her cup and proceed to drink it. A lot of employers will put up with that kind of thing so long as they have people like me who goes in, and gets stuck into the work. the amount of lunch breaks I have missed.

When I was at uni I did nights stock taking. B&Q hardware store was by far the hardest but teh most fun because of the commaraderie. I used to come home filthy, dust all over me as you had to climb into some of the shelves as they were so deep to count all the stuff.

Wow, climbing the tent, do you meaning climbing up it, inside outside? ooooh, now that would be fun.
