Cosmetics for Pre-Teens

 I'm telling you right now that I would not let my 8- or 9-year-old daughter wear mascara and eyeliner.  There are other moms who probably wouldn't care about it one way or another and might, in fact, like the eco-friendly claims by this company that is targeting their cosmetics to tweens.

But I doubt it.  Still, someone in Walmart's marketing

That's just wrong in so many ways. There is no way on earth I would allow my kid stuff like this at this age.
