Last day manning the kitchen on my own! Offer letters came in and my first helper was scheduled to come in on Friday. Daily special was Homemade Macaroni and Cheese. Day 2:
Still on my own. This time the entree was easier to serve, Tri-Color Tortellini in Pesto Sauce Needless to say the pesto sauce was homemade, as is all the mayonnaise and the mayonnaise based sauces and spreads on the sandwiches.
