Day 2:
Still on my own. This time the entree was easier to serve, Tri-Color Tortellini in Pesto Sauce Needless to say the pesto sauce was homemade, as is all the mayonnaise and the mayonnaise based sauces and spreads on the sandwiches. Sold out of the pasta both days and had to turn people away... or at least invite them to order something else
