my dietitian is making me do a "contract" in order for her to not send me IP or discontinued care with her (she's essentially my rock and mother figure for the past 2 years and she's amazing and i can't not see her but i can't follow this idk what to do)
some of the things on said contract include:- 3 meals/day (with someone who knows)

I hate when I have no desire to eat and I'm all like 'yay' until people start reminding me that this disorder is shit and I'm hurting those around me and I need to try.
