I survived getting the tube in my ear just fine. I took a Xanax before hand and I know it helped a lot. I actually had some anxiety about it today too, which I thought was weird. I need to put some steroid drops in it for 2 weeks to reduce inflammation but no one in town has it until Monday. I do feel some odd pressure changes in my ear that I hadn

How are you liking the tube now that it has settled? Is it helping?

I do think it's helping. I didn't have a hearing test at my 2 week follow up, but I will in a couple more weeks. I am hearing fluid or pressure move around in there.
