One thing I don't like about living alone is that there is no one for me to just share little frustrations and my little excitements with.  They sort of get pent up, and I just can't really seem to deal with them except to make lists.

I just finished reading Bee Season, by Myla Goldberg.  It was one of the most odd, but beautiful books I've read in quite a long time.  I actually haven't read much fiction lately, no time, so I'm glad I jumped back in with this one.  I think I'd forgotten how much I love books.  In some ways, reading and talking about fiction led me to where I am ( Read more... )
