My spice cabinet started to overflow when I began doing some Indian cooking...so veg friendly and spicy, my two favorite food qualities.

Kim, can we have an Indian DIY night? My friend Gina told me how to make paneer and I've been wanting to try it in my saag (I've been using tofu instead). Doesn't have to be right away, but keep it in mind. I'd love to learn to make pakoras and hear what kind of spices you learned to use. John wants me to learn how to make garlic relish...it has whole cloves of garlic and pureed dates in it!

Oh I would LOVE THAT! I've also found a great method for naan too that I want to try. Yes yes yes! After the new year? When is good for you?

I have a bunch of dates in the fridge!

Since the BAC classes don't start until later in January, I will be free on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for sure (as well as Sundays...we could do Indian and football, hehe!).

A Sunday would probably work best for me. Let me look at the calendar and find a date!
