You have absolutely no idea what's going on, don't you?! There were people trapped in vats being drained as souls and harvest power.
Right now, Nena is using her Gundam to communicate with you and she's fighting the giant robot and she's doing a good job too!
[ explosions can be heard ] She's only doing this to save her sister, and the glory of combat. Like why she sided with Grady at first, Nena only wanted her shuttle back and barely did her job. She helped out the people if anything else.
Now stick you bitch, and let the professional fighters take over.
Glory of combat? What the fuck are you on? There's no glory here, you deluded, dumb bitch!
If you hadn't been a selfish, egocentric little fuckass, there wouldn't be any giant robot to fight in the first place! Go ahead and tell all the dead people crushed into the fucking pavement that you did a super duper good job.
If Nena saves the town, the others will love her. The Milk Mech would come out sooner or later. It belongs to the milk man. She was born for events like this.
Nena is far from selfish! She saved a bunch of lives and souls and people already!! All so others can thank her later! She's distracting the robot right now. If she didn't get into her Gundam, think of the other people that would die because he hasn't been delayed yet.
There is absolutely nothing you can say that could be 'bad news' at this point. The only news you could possibly have besides good news is 'par-for-course news' or 'news of an expected level of suck'.
You underestimate my ability to rob you of your most precious possession, Karkles, and that is your excuse to bitch and whine.
The assholes trying to stick it to the man accomplished something really important and helpful, and are basically huge heroes! Even if we all get stomped on by Mr. Milkypants now.
I couldn't give less of a shit what you do or do not like about my tone. The point is, the biggest assholes ruined everything for everyone trying to not screw everything up and die.
[He's obviously just as frustrated with people's current choices, though he's managing to keep it somewhat tempered. Like Karkat, he's made his attempt at trying to get peoples to see sense, though his ended rather unsuccessfully.]
Unfortunately, the people who need to hear that the most are too busy getting utterly trashed.
[But the last part, that's something he knows about. Even if it's offering nothing more than advice and encouragement, at least he's doing something to help out.]
Sticking together is a good start; there's comfort and safety in numbers, though you'll have to watch out for people getting hysterical. Keep them as calm and reassured as you can. Find someplace safe for them to wait out the fight, and bring supplies with you, if you can.
Most importantly, have confidence in yourself as a leader. If you can't do that, step down and appoint someone else.
