So this Lady Walks into the store, she orders her drink, the employee at the register takes her order and gives it to other employee making drinks and managing some other stuff, coincidently my sister is behind the counter, the manager. I felt bad more for the Barista cuz she went into tears, thinking that she would get fired or would get in trouble, but my sister calmed her down by telling her that she wasnt in trouble that it was her (my sis) who was in trouble, but so far nothing has come up, so i guess thats good. Yeah the lady's friend threaten to sue the store

If the lady actually does sue- which she won't- then the employee should countersue for having the cookies thrown in her face. Or your sister could try to get her arrested for disturbing the peace or sue her back for something like "trying to disrupt her business." Just to get her to back down and realize that she's fucking retarded.
