So tonight they awarded academic awards for midshipman who earned above a 3.25 in the last tri. If you earned a 3.25 to a 3.49 then you get a silver star that you wear on your uniform, and if you earned a 3.50 or higher you receive a gold star. Oh man, this was great...

USN17: Right now my savings account is with Bank of America. And the interest rate on it is .25%. And my checking account and CD are both with Bank One. There isn't any interest on the checking account, and if I was to renew my CD with B1 for 3 years then the rate would be like 1.5%.

Yay I'm finally back home. Not for long, though. Hopefully I'll just be able to enjoy myself while it lasts.
