a change in my life...

So, I think it is time to make a change. I'm just not totally happy with the way things are going. I graduated, more or less, two years ago. I still don't have a job. I really like it whenever I see you, Kyle. You always greet me with a big smile and a hug, and you stand with me and chat and make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I don't know what made me think of that, but I always love seeing you because I know I'll get a hug and a big smile :)

p.s. I'm coming to your parrrtay.

I'm not gonna try to cheer you up, I'm just gonna tell you that you're absolutely right. The world is never what they say it will be and it's twice as hard to start again after you've stopped. It pains me to know that you are struggling this way, but I hope that you find the motivation you are seeking and open wide your future again. As for your self image... well, all I can say is look around you- look at all the people who care about you and the wonderful person you are in their lives. You chose to be who you are and I think that everyone around you would agree that you made the right choice. No matter what, those of us who see you for who you are will value simply that... and nothing you do or don't do will make us think any less.

I've been too lazy to post anything in my own journal, but I'm totally coming to your party. I'll be in town for two weeks after that, too.
