Hm, seems this community has kind of died (no pun intended) since KH ended. Well, I finally rented the DVDs and got to see the final episode, and wanted to do a discussion with some other fans.

Just in case anyone hasn't seen the last episode, I'll put my question behind a cut ('cause I HATE people who inadvertently ruin the endings of things).

Well, I'm as stumped as you are about the ghosts.
I can answer one question for you.

About the sequel... NO, there will not be one :-(

Kingdom Hospital bombed out in the states and ABC cancelled the show. Stephen King will most likely not take the show to another network so the chances of getting another season are slim to none.

Aw...sad. Though, I'm sure there's more than enough fan fic out there to cover what happens to the characters later. :)
