"Yes...yes Jihye...wha-- please tell mom I’ll be there. No Jaejoongie can’t go, he has work. Ugh, yes I’ll tell him...I’ll go check-- Jihye if you don’t shut up I’ll hang up on you and not attend the lunch. Good girl, now let me go I have to check on my angel. Love you too, brat. See you later.”
With a grunt, he bounces up a bit to zip his khaki shorts with much difficulty. He’d have to remind himself to tell Jaejoong to buy him a new pair of jeans and shorts the next time he goes on a shopping spree. “Yunho yah, you’re becoming more and more like a human ball.” he tells himself softly, poking his rather chubby cheeks gently. “But that’s alright. You have a sexy, gorgeous and amazing man as your boyfriend and he loves you very much.” He surprises himself when he unconsciously lets out a giggle. “Giggly lucky boy.”
Smiling in content, he heads downstairs to the kitchen knowing his prec ious man would be there. Much to his amusement, said man is currently having his own concert. “Yunnie Yunho Yunyun Yunnie Yun Yun...” Jaejoong belts out his self-composed song accompanied by a butt shake and a shoulder shimmy. Yunho continues watching amusedly as his beloved flips a pancake, not once stopping from singing. Jaejoong bobs his head up and down as if trying to get into a beat. “When I say Yun, you say Ho. Yun!” Yunho tries to stifle his laugh when Jaejoong answers himself in a small voice. “Ho!” It goes on for a while, “When I say Yun, you say Ho. Yun!”
“Ho!” until Yunho decides to show himself up. Jaejoong jumps in surprise, his pancake flying towards his lover who manages to catch it with a hand. “Mind if I get a backstage pass after the concert? I got pancakes.” he says, waving the food at hand.
Jaejoong chuckles, turns off the stove and runs to him, legs automatically wrapping around his torso. “Only if you’re my number one fan.”
Yunho grins, playfully pecking him on the lips. “I’m your only fan.” He laughs when Jaejoong smacks him on the arm. “Abusing your number one fan, eh?”
“Wish I could go with you.” The shorter man suddenly says, burying his face on the crook of his neck. “Stupid job.”
“Your job is not stupid.” Yunho coaxes, holding his koala bear tighter. “It’s what keeps us alive.”
“No. Our love is.”
“Cheesy--”
“But true.”
“Yes. Then it’s what keeps us from being penniless.” Jaejoong chuckles ever so lightly and then hums in agreement. “Now that we’re talking about jobs, I think this is a good time to tell you that I’ve found one. I’ve been hired as a model’s bodyguard.”
Jaejoong looks up at him. “God Yun, that’s hot. I guess they need your strong arms, hmm? Which model and what does she need a bodyguard for?”
“Nana. And I have no idea either.”
Yunho moves to sit down on a chair, bringing his clinging lover with him. “But that’s a 24/7 job, angel. She’s going to steal you away from me!”
“Don’t be silly!” he replies as he hugs him close. His hugs are Jaejoong’s favorite because the man thinks he’s warm, squishy and all sorts of cuddly. He simply gives the best hugs. “It’s an on call thing so it’s not much, but still something. I’d finally get to help you. It’s just during events...in Japan.”
“Ohh...in Japan.” Jaejoong nods thoughtfully before his head snaps up. “What the hell do you mean by in Japan?”
“...in Japan, hun. That’s the other thing I wanted to tell you. Three days a month, four at most. The pay is really good.”
“But I’m going to miss you!”
“I’ll miss you more, princess. It’s only three days though. I’ll take you with me if I could.”
“Twelve hours at work without you seem like years, what more if it’s three days? That’s an eternity!”
Yunho sighs. “You’re making me regret accepting the offer. “ As soon as he was told about his monthly visits to Japan, he hesitated. The first thing he thought of was how Jaejoong would take the news. Knowing him, he’d probably throw a tantrum and cling onto him like a koala bear. He was right. Although reluctant at first, he knew he had no choice but to accept it because he wanted to help Jaejoong. He just couldn’t let him be the breadwinner. He feels so useless. The longer he stays unemployed, the more he feels like he’s leeching off him.
“But I can’t be away from my teddy bear.” Jaejoong continues whining, unaware of his boyfriend’s inner turmoil. “How about I be the model and I’ll hire you as my bodyguard, hmm? You can even kiss me and do whatever you like.”
“Oh silly little Jae. I haven’t even started yet and I won’t start until next month. If you could ask for a three day leave every month then I’ll take you with me. I’m just going to tell my boss that my big baby will be too lonely without me.”
Jaejoong huffs, pressing his lips against Yunho’s chest as he speaks, “I’m my own boss, Hoho. I’m sure Changmin won’t mind.”
“I’m sure he would but it’s not like he has any other choice.”
“Exactly. He loves me too much.”
“Way too much.”
“If that’s the case, then maybe I should start asking for a leave with pay right now. I mean, my future in-laws are missing me a lot and Changmin would very much prefer getting bribed with two new video games than waste his time and effort telling me off when I'm not even going to listen to him."
"Jihye's been looking for you. I'm sure she'd like this surprise."
Jaejoong grins, squishing Yunho's face in between his hands and says in between pecks on his lover's lips, "I'm feeling like a baby right now. Give me a bath?"

since im actually enjoying writing this, i made this into a verse...a series of either oneshots or drabbles :) gah you guys, thanks for those who read the previous oneshot and enjoyed it asudijsjdilaskd i hope you enjoyed this one as well XD ahh just to make it clear, yunho will be fat all throughout this verse. he will not miraculously get thin nor will he have an extreme makeover. since he has some weird condition, he'd never get thin, ever...which shouldnt be a problem because he's still adorable and jj is head over heels in love with him
