Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go
So make the best of this test, and don't ask why
It's not a question, but a lesson learned in time

It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right.
I hope you had the time of your life.

So take the photographs, and still frames in your mind
Hang it on a shelf in good health and good time
Tattoos of memories and dead skin on trial
For what it's worth it was worth all the while

It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right.
I hope you had the time of your life.

It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right.
I hope you had the time of your life.

It's something unpredictable, but in the end it's right.
I hope you had the time of your life.

That does suck, man, but you've learned a lot and can move on I'm sure.

Yeah, and it would be nice to find a group that didn't consistently seem like it was more of a hassle then it was worth.

That sucks dude. I really liked the band. I only got to see you play twice.

Who owns the rights to the songs?

Well, you should be able to still perform and record them then.

I guess it depends on what sort of agreement you had (in writing, of course). If you have not filed a copyright; I'd do it it immmediately. You can file all of the songs as a group and only pay the fee once. The form is available on the U.S. copywright office's website.

Copyright is supposed to be automatic; even if you don't file; but you're in a much better legal position if you do; and it only costs like $10 for as many songs as you want to submit; as long as you do it as a group.

We did copywright our demo, but haven't done so for our full album yet, I should get on top of that one. We did not have any written agreement, but I don't think I'd ever re-record them anyway, but I will copywright them in case one of the other guys tries to use them.

I'm sad too, but I'm familiar with the stress that came up consistently, so...
:/

I'm going to stay optimistic about the future on this one, ok?
