Thanks. Well, I will change them when I get to see her. Lucy lives in Indiana and to her place is about 400 miles. So I don't get over there very often. We talk at least once a week though. I can't wait to get over there and see them. Thanks for the reminder of the cigars. I'll have to pick some up tomorrow when I'm heading out there. It is still a big shock to me. When did you two have kids around? Also, the work out routine looks good. Have you thought about a punching bag? Not only is it good for stress reduction, but it is a good cardio work out and it works a lot of those muscles that no one ever thinks about. It will help develope a good v-shaped back. Thanks again.

When did you two have kids around? -
I raised a few kids myself when i was younger, i was the oldest of a large family who was always designated babysitter so yeah...i can change nappies blindfolded!
Di and I do want kids and will work on that in the future. The kids i refered to specifically in the last post were her little cousins. They just moved to England this year and everyone is missing them terribly!
We all love kids, its just the way things are lol You got to love them.
PS: got a boxing bag ready to go. Ill start today and add it to the bike riding.
All the best Jess and thanks for the fitness advice.
Hows your fitness levels? Are you booked to get your get your blood check ups done every few months to monitor the T and other effects?
