I used to knock Stephen King -- having read only a few short stories -- until a friend challenged me to read one of his novels.

So a friend has asked me to watch the Harry Potter films. (I prefer to read first and allow my imagination free reign (sic), but I have so many more crucial works to read, I capitulated.)

The revenge on Bellatrix is perhaps one of my favorite scenes in all the novels. It is incredibly badass with some good symbolism thrown in, so hopefully the movie doesn't fuck it up like it has most of the books' magic.

In my opinion all but the last movie lack the depth and themes of the novels. They're just action and solving mysteries.
