I'm getting spring fever. We've had 2 weeks without rain with temps in the 60's and very low 70's. A lot of the trees are budding or blooming and I'm finding myself drawn to the out of doors ( Read more... )

The skiing was great this weekend. I left Friday morning - very early. Got back last night - very late. Wish I could have stayed today, but would probably have had a horrible drive back today because it was supposed to snow some more.

I wish I could afford to do it more often..... Damned student loans!

I put up a christmas tree this afternoon. I've never done that before. I don't have ornaments so there are a lot of weird things hanging off the tree - like a whole bunch of mardi gras beads. It's not a real tree - it's fake but it's kind of cute. It's small but not really perfect so it looks real....but it doesn't smell real - which is a bummer.

I went over by the Marina yesterday. It's really sick. The oil spill has made quite a mess. I have a feeling it will be a long time before some things get back to normal....

Today I've come to the realization that I have too much stuff. Since I've been looking at houses and apartments, I thought that maybe I should start going through my stuff and getting rid of things ( Read more... )
