Watching the news this morning I saw a clip of a woman Ani Hass, who faced down a black bear defending her cubs. Oddly enough several people have seen a bear at work, and every day last year I took my camera to work in the hopes of getting a shot and I never saw a glint of fur. So I'm thinking camera = bear repelant :P
