On number [3], he's referring to the twit before where he was asking people what they were doing. And then he said みんないろんなことしてんなぁー which means "Wow, you guys are doing a lot of different thing"

Also, I would translate this ちなみに重人はいまクッキー食べてます only to "by the way, Shigeto is now eating a cookie"
