Poor Charlie---he had to go to the vet last night to his shots and now today he is just a mope. He didn't even want to beg for turkey breast out of my lunch this morning. I hope he feels better soon. I miss my crazy cuddle bug. -

So, it's been snowing here off and on the past few days. It really does get one excited about Christmas. Tonight is St. Nick night as tomorrow is the feast of St. Nicholas. So, this past march Lee and I got a cat. He came from a neighbor, who being a farm boy has a disinterest in cats. He originally came from Tipp City, a town about 40 minutes away from ours. It's days like this when I miss having a cat in the house. I'm home alone and no one is following me around and I have no one to give my attention to. It's almost been a year since little Misty passed into kitty heaven. She was Lee's cat for almost 17 years and she was a sweet thing, even with her neurotic tendencies. I'm enjoying my quiet sunday morning. Lee's at work-he took a part time job stocking shelves at a local grocery store. He used to work there when he was in high school, so he kinda enjoys it. My older sister and her husband are moving back home to Minster. Her husband works for P&G in the Pamper's division...now he'll be working for the Tide division up in Lima. Don't know if I'll be getting a discount on Tide, but that would be very nice. I'm kinda wondering what house they'll buy in town. There are a few for sale, but I'm sure ( Read more... ) -

I keep getting these vibes from people that I should have baby on the brain...from my mom, people at work, Lee's mom, etc. The problem is, I don't. I'm happy right now not having the responsibility of another living being. Granted, I do want children, but just not right now. Lee and I will be married for 2 years in November. The snow didn't arrive like promised from the weather man. We just have a shitty rain/ice mix. Lee's mad. He really wanted to snow.
