Today one of my students told me that I was being "draconian" by enforcing a rule requiring kids to stay in their seats during lunch. Hahaha.

I'm sitting in Washington Square. And I'm updating my livejournal. It feels so fucking cool.

I'm all moved in! Still unpacking. It's been a crazy week but now things have settled down. Had a lovely brunch this morning around the corner at Cornelia Street Cafe. Yum. Oh, I love it here.

El doctor called today and said that the lab results show that I have campylobacter. Fun stuff. Today I felt a LOT better than yesterday. Thank you, Cipro!
