I don't even know where to start. Niou mentioned a bunch of stuff and it's all stuff I kind of knew but didn't know and it just seems like a ton of things.

It's a lot, but a lot of people like Seiichi, so it can be easily sorted out between us. Mizuki-kun offered to help with food and I'm assuming that means drinks as well.
Location is important, probably out in the woods, or the amphitheatre is a god place. Perhaps even the Persephone cabin, since that is his and Niou is only renting it.
As for who is coming, I can take care of keeping track of that.
Decorations...might be better to ask someone more artistically talented than me. As for cake, that's easily purchased in town and we can ice some decoration.
