The Hall of the Missing... I only went there because of Youko - if I saw anyone else I know, I didn't memorize it. Guess another trip is in order.

The first time I was in there was with you because of Youko, too. I guess... I only went in out of morbid curiosity. There was no one I recognized, either, but... Well, I like exploring the city.

I'm guessing they must have pretty awful lives that they can escape here. Or maybe they were just indifferent about their lives at home and the City gives them a new perspective? I don't know.

Youko had me meet her in my kirin form to cheer her up. Apparently kirins exist in her world, too. Though only as a myth.

She's nice. I think she'll be a great ruler someday.
