Our cat is back at the vet. He went in this morning at about 10:30. They were going to catheterize him again as he apparently didn't get rid of all the stones last week. The vet called about half an hour after we got home - they couldn't catheterize him and get things out that way so he had to have surgery. Please keep Nemo in your prayers that

you might want to talk to asianhotness and marie about kitty bladder infections. i know they have dealt with Flash and his bouts of them as well. they buy a specific catfood for helping alleviate the problem, but i'm not positive what brand.

Something that was recommended to us to help with kitty bladder issues is one of those water-fountain style water dishes - the thought being that moving water is more oxygenated and tasty, so cats will drink more, and pee more, and have fewer bladder issues.
