Six months ago today, I took the day off because I was too stressed, worn out, and crazy to face a day at work (and I had locked my keys in the car). And it was a restful thing. There are troubles at work, including missing assets, staff under suspicion, drahmah, betrayal, angst, Security, 12-hour days, and too many emails to begin to approach.

So.  Last night I was pretty cranky after receiving a mass email from the HP CEO detailing a pay cut.  I'm a year and a half with no performance review, no 2007 increase, no 2008 increase, and no bonuses (I realize I'm spoiled - BMS was VERY good)...  and now a 5% pay cut??  WTF?!?
