So.  Last night I was pretty cranky after receiving a mass email from the HP CEO detailing a pay cut.  I'm a year and a half with no performance review, no 2007 increase, no 2008 increase, and no bonuses (I realize I'm spoiled - BMS was VERY good)...  and now a 5% pay cut??  WTF?!?

This morning with a clearer head, the better take on the situation
