I followed a rec here, and am glad I did! I love how discretely the two teams are tripping over one another and trying to size one another up. (But, hoo boy, I would not want to be Team Leverage trying to explain just who they are and what the heck they were doing...)

Not wanting to be team Leverage? How about being Hardison explaining why he invited Reid for a drink instead of disappearing as quietly as possible.

Reid without the obvious geek is a nice change of pace, and this went nicely together. Loved Parker.

Well, I have two assumptions about that: 1. Hardison knows Reid'll have to go with his team and do paperwork and/or get debriefed or something like that, so he won't be able to accept, and 2. He had a hand in ensuring Reid's safety and he's hoping it cuts him (and the team) a bit of slack (and he's probably right about that too).
