I know what they symbolize, Castor-san.

In my dream they were painted onto rings. I wore the one marked 南. Someone else wore the other.

[ooc: Yep! It was to make things a little more flexible in this sort of situation where the rings themselves are symbolic and kind of relate to other things than the actual words. In this case some weird hand-meditation thing, IDEK. Ninjas. All weird. Also, I'm going to assume he's taken the trouble to identify/remember the handwriting of his "brother", if that's okay?]
