I have hit 45/46 before on a few occasions, but I generally hover in the 43/44 area. I don't do it as much as I used to, though. I should do that some more-it's too bad I'm not taking GREs so I don't need the practice for something useful. ;)

I usually can get up to 45/46, I think I once hit 48, and then I drop back to 41/42.

I did it the other night and quit when I got to 40. It's a cool idea for a site. My brain feels bigger.
