I just wanted to leave a quick post today to wish you all a happy New Year. The dogs and I are doing well, hunkered down in Bozeman for the winter, and still going on long daily walks. Lewis is obviously my soulmate. He has the same attitude towards cold that I do!

I hope you have a wonderful 2023 and that you do post photos from last year. I missed seeing what your summer was like.

Heh ... Lewis actually wanted to go, but he only made it a hundred feet or so from the car before his paws started to freeze up. He was not happy we went on without him. :)

And yep, lots of pictures! I'm wondering if they're all starting to look the same, though ...

Poor Lewis! I know that he missed the walk, but he's not as furry as Emma!

Your photos do not all look alike. If anyone thinks that, it's because they're not paying attention to the details. I love your photos!

Thanks. :) I'm the one who thinks they all look alike, just because my phone has a million shots nearly all of dogs and fire lookouts!
