So my mind has been brewing lately with crazy thoughts of my future. It's such a mystery to me, but at the same time, I need some sort of direction. Okay, I am transferring schools again. I keep thinking I am taking the easy way out and quitting because I am going from a four year degree program to a two year degree program, but honestly I'll be happier. We put so much negative emphasis on the word "quit", when really it could be what starts the next good thing in our lives.

Having a social life is a fantastic reason to transfer. Living completely alone in East LA, I know how important it is to have friends. Don't tell yourself it's a bad reason, because it makes you healthier. I seriously sent myself to the counselor's last quarter because I was so messed up from being so lonely.

And the best you can do about studying abroad is look into UB's programs. There are always options for those who look for them.

You could still dorm at UB. If you wanted to. And you're going to need a car anyway, so I don't think that's much of a con.

I'm not saying do it, I am just pointing out that it's okay.
::hugs::
