Luckily parenthood is not likely to be measured by Santa Visits. Since he would probably scare her at this point, I would say that your efforts to stay home and help her new sister get a good start would trump a visit to the big old elf. Her dad could always don a Santa Suit and you could still get the picture for posperity...and it would make a great story later...Prayers are still with you sweet one.

It's just her firsts I was looking forward to this year but next year will be firsts with her sister!
