it's my 21st birthday in a few hours. i don't feel much different but i guess the state says i've attained a new level of maturity that allows me to deal with situations under varying amounts of intoxication with dignity and responsibility.

People who remind me of my younger self piss me off. I can't stand to be around anyone who reminds me of who I used to be. It's like a lower grade Caitlin or something. calvin died last monday. i wasn't here. i was out of town.

the last few days have been crazy. there are no huge highways connecting asheville to tallahassee so claire and i toured many of the small towns of bumfuck nowhere georgia. i never thought i could enjoy a state less than either of the carolinas, but i think it won the caitlin-thinks-you-the-shittiest-state-out-of-50 competition. it really does seem ( Read more... )
