Butting in to say that this was wonderful and gave me the warm fuzzies today. Slashophile is such a lucky, lucky girl!

You write Cook as perfectly as you write Archie - it would come across a bit too squeeing fangirl than I care to admit to tell you that I, um, printed out your HILARIOUS AND TOTALLY HOT closetfic, so that I can read it when needed. Except, um, I did just admit that? Told you I was shameless ;)

This was really really a nice story. Although it took me a really long time to figure out which David was which, haha. But I liked the style of writing you have here and the progression and the frustration and the build up and then at the end, everything's okay. It was beautiful.

Wow, thank you! Sorry if it was confusing at first! But thank you sooo much, I really appreciate your feedback. :)

David was out of town until sometime today, and so the back-up alarm that you preferred -- him gently touching you and saying he was going for his run -- hadn't been there, and somehow you ignored the annoying one and kept on sleeping on.

HELLO PERFECT LINE OF PERFECTION.

Your hamburger was overcooked, the fries colder than the graying sky, and they gave you a strawberry milkshake instead of chocolate, which in itself isn't so bad except that the thing tasted like shit and you nearly chucked it out the window on the freeway.

Strawberry milkshakes should always be chucked, Cookie. ALWAYS.

It's a good thing too -- you were about ready to curse David being so small that you can't wear any of his clothes, because of course, his dresser is always full of clean clothes. Always

He so would, the tidy little bastard.

You can feel him getting closer, even without seeing him, and you groan gently when your shoulders are met with delicate hands that automatically begin kneading against your neck.He so would, the considerate ( ... )

I don't know how to reply to this, okay? I just don't! But like... thank you? Yes. Thank you.

OMG, you kill me with your commentary though. Archie, that tidy, considerate bastard. Damn him. XD

OMG, you did not tear up. You didn't. (Okay, I know you did and... awww, swweeeet.) But yeah, that is what I want too. I mean, I've felt that before so I long for it again and... yeah.

Also? Do not deny. Me + You = Zero Gravity, okay? Srsly.

I love you tooo, and I am glad to have started your birthday in a good way and WEEEEEEE. You deserve it, baby.

Also? ICON FTW. Really. If I do say so myself. XD

Wow, thank you so much. You said something that is exactly how I've described this, at least to myself, and that is "he's not actually home until he has that all-important person beside him." Like I mean, because I've felt that about someone, someone who made me feel safe and comfortable and at home. No matter where we were.

Thanks so much for your kind words. They are extremely appreciated. ♥

Thank you for this lovely story. I have been there, done that, and didn't have anyone to comfort me at the end of the day until very recently, so I know how it feels. And I totally loved this.

*hugs you*

Aww, baby, I'm glad it came across that way. You saying that helped me know it was realistic. Thank you. ♥
