I'm finally getting through the depression. It was a horrible thing to go through, and most people don't understand what depression is and what it does to you. I am not even sure I understand. I've been through most of this myself. You never know how low you can sink into depression until it actually happens to you. It really is like a deep well with no bucket. It is normal to feel like a failure if you are depressed. But that doesn't mean it's true -- you aren't. In fact, because you are working your way through it, you are a success.

DON'T beat yourself up about it if you don't get everything done that needs to be. The important part is that you've recognized what's going on, and that you are making some strides. No matter how little you think it is, how difficult it is to get motivated, how badly you feel, you are doing what you need to do, and that is admirable! It is a step in the right direction!
I'm proud of you for being aware, and working to feel better!
